1. Product Mismatch with Order:
If the delivered product does not match the ordered product (in terms of type, volume, or packaging), customers can request a return within 7 business days after receiving the product.

2. Technical or Quality Issues:
If the product has a technical defect, damaged packaging, or poor quality, it can be returned within 3 business days after delivery. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by the company.

 

Product Return Requirements:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all accompanying accessories (if any).
Providing the purchase invoice is mandatory for processing the return request.
Used chemical products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy:
